What are the characteristics of our RV composite panels?
First, our caravan composite panels are very lightweight, and the closed-cell foam material used inside it is only one-third to one-fourth of the weight of plywood at the same thickness. The surface is made of high-strength FRP sheets, the thickness of which is generally between 2 and 3 mm, and rigid plastic square bars with excellent bending resistance are embedded inside. The core material we use is closed-cell foam, which basically does not absorb water; the surface of FRP is coated with a layer of waterproof gel coat, the thickness of which can reach 0.3~0.5mm, which makes its surface completely isolated from water and gas immersion into the interior of the composite panel.
