Structure of Composite RV Flooring

TOPOLO RV floor is different from traditional solid wood floor. It consists of imitation parquet leather and FRP sandwich panels. The core material of the floor can be selected between foam core and honeycomb core according to different application requirements.

Foam Core RV Floors

Most of the core materials used in foam core RV floors are rigid closed-cell foams with better thermal insulation effects, such as XPS, PU, PET, PVC foam cores, etc. Its structure is relatively simple, generally using fiberglass, aluminum, or plywood as a reinforcement layer, and a leather-like vinyl floor is used on the top layer.

Honeycomb Core RV Floors

The core material used on the honeycomb core RV floor is PP honeycomb, which is usually combined with FRP sheet. For greater strength, it uses FRP, a new type of continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT sheet). There are many advantages to using composite honeycomb panels as floors.
