Compared with the traditional wood wall panel materials (aluminum alloy frame, wood frame, steel frame) in the RV market, the PVC sandwich composite sandwich panel uses FRP or aluminum as the wall panel skin, and PVC closed-cell foam as the isolation layer material. It meets the lightweight requirements, greatly reduces the weight of the caravan, and provides better thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.
Basic Specifications
- Skin material: FRP/GRP, Aluminum
- Core material: PVC foam board.
- Total length: ≤12.0m.
- Total width: ≤3.2m.
- Total thickness: 10~120mm.
Advantages of PVC Sandwich Panels for RV
- High strength
The PVC core material using the extrusion process has a higher specific strength, which makes the strength of the PVC sandwich panel higher than that of XPS and PU foam core panels.
- Thermal insulation
The thermal conductivity of rigid polyurethane foam is relatively low, ranging from 0.017~0.022W/(m*Κ), which can meet the thermal insulation requirements of general RVs.
- Waterproof
The water absorption rate of closed-cell PVC foam is very low, usually no more than 0.5%, which makes the RV using PVC sandwich panels suitable for wet and rainy environments.

Frameless Structure
TOPOLO-RV PVC sandwich composite panels do not need frame support during assembly, and are easy to install. They can be cut and polished according to assembly needs. Because there is no limitation of the frame, the position of the doors and windows on the wall panel can be adjusted at will.
RV Siding Material Selection
The closed-cell PVC foam core can be composited with different reinforcement materials, such as fiberglass and aluminum, which are currently the most popular siding materials used in RVs.
Application of PVC Composite Panels in RV Floor
Fiberglass, PVC foam, and vinyl leather are composited together. This is a cost-effective alternative to traditional solid wood flooring. This composite floor is strong, waterproof, and feels as good as solid wood flooring.
