What is a Truck Camper?

The truck camper is a type of D-type RV. It is supported by four jacks and fixed on the vehicle with chains or spring-type fastening devices. It can be freely installed on pickup trucks or off-road vehicles. It is more convenient to disassemble and install. It can be disassembled when needed, and its interior has various functions of a caravan, which is very practical for outdoor travel.

- The body panel is made of PVC foam core material, aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy aluminum sheet and FRP sheet (environmentally friendly and odorless).
- Construction under constant temperature conditions, machine glue spraying instead of manual glue brushing, using large negative pressure machines for continuous production.
- Precisely cut by a large five-axis CNC machine.
- The shear force of the adhesive is ≥15Mpa.
- The side panels are bent at 90 degrees in both directions to form a Z-shaped body, and the waistline can withstand pressure ≥ 4000KG.
- The body adopts broken bridge design, which has excellent thermal insulation performance.
- Four 600mm 24V 1000N electric struts are guaranteed to be used more than 10,000 times.
- The raised top tent is made of waterproof cotton polyester fabric.
- The legs are made of seamless steel tubes, the outer tubes are painted, the inner tubes are galvanized, and the gears are powder metallurgy and quenched.
