What is One-Piece RV Composite Panel？

The one-piece composite panel is a new type of manufacturing method for RV composite panels in recent years. The facing material is a whole piece, and the surface is flat and smooth without seams. Most camper shells can be assembled from a few one-piece composite panels, which is much more efficient than traditional frame-based shells and can be made to oversized sizes. Now more and more wall panels, floor panels, and roof panels of campers are produced using this method.

Material Selection

  • Skin Material: FRP (thermoset), CFRT (thermoplastic), pre-painted aluminum.
  • Core material: XPS, PET, PVC, PU, MPP foam.
  • Embedded materials (optional): Aluminum tubes, stainless steel tubes, FRP tubes, timbers, I-shaped engineering plastics.

Embedded Frame Structure: The frame structure is hidden inside the core material, which does not affect the appearance while ensuring the strength of the panel.
