What are the characteristics of our RV composite panels?

• First, our caravan composite panels are very lightweight, and the closed-cell foam material used inside it is only one-third to one-fourth of the weight of plywood at the same thickness. • Secondly, our caravan composite panels have high strength. The surface is made of high-strength FRP sheets, the thickness of which is generally between 2 and 3 mm, and rigid plastic square bars with excellent bending resistance are embedded inside. We use the one-piece molding process, the foam core material and the skin are tightly combined, and there will be no delamination, warping, bulging and other process problems.
